It has come to light recently that building firms in Scotland have been fixing contracts.

That is say Balfour Beaty and Company X bid for a building contract.  Both bids are artificially high in value but one cheaper than the other.  There is a kickback to the company who wins the contract to the other company who bid higher – everyone is a winner.

It involves many of the big named construction companies. 

Corruption is live and kicking in our society.

The other day I was looking for some croissants and nice pastries.  I was nowhere near M&S so I checked out some Scottish bakers.

Greggs – jam doughnuts, sugar infused yum yums and enough E numbers to kill ya.

Local bakery – meat stuff, huge iced cakes no doubt stuffed with something hydrolsed.  No thanks.

Supermarket – dry…dry and er dry.  Croissants are, er, dry.

Cuisine de France (in the Co-Op) – DIRECT hit.  Croissants, reasonably good.  The othet stuff is OK but a chocolate du pain is usually made properly.

Don’t worry frogs, Scotland will never kick your ass at baking!

The McCanns have used their Missing Child Fund to make 2 mortgage payments.  Then they stopped when they became suspects.

Since they were on full pay of £200K+, it seemed rather ridiculous to do such a thing…but then such is greed (and tight Scottish ways).

Scots are terrible risk takers but when money is sitting unattended, they can’t resist…sad but true.

The weather has a bad rep in Scotland.

But don’t worry, it’s really really bad right now.

Rain/Sun and cloud all in one hour.

Forget any barbeque plans, just remember your brolley!

Unavoidable, neds constitute the rough arse of Scotland.  Populated everywhere, these ‘rats’ breed aplenty, die young and cause a lot of trouble in-between.
